In this case study we look at NR Engineering who are manufactures a range of complex components for the Fluid Power, Oil & Gas, and Automotive industries. Founded in 1976, the business has a long history of working with blue-chip, multinational customers.

The Challenge

NR were largely reliant on one or two key client accounts, which meant a high business risk. They work with Inspire to generate new leads, while also maintaining relationships with their existing client base.

The Inspire Solution

We worked with NR Engineering on two areas: account management and lead generation. Targeting cold and warm leads, several new clients were successfully onboarded, leading to an approximate 25% increase in turnover and a significant reduction in business risk. In addition, we implemented systems and processes to ensure existing customers had a dedicated account management service.
